The CR20 Series is a high-performance USB RFID reader designed for fast and reliable identification in access control and data collection applications. Available in both EM (CR20-E) and Mifare (CR20-M) variants, it offers flexibility to meet different RFID standards and organizational needs.With a read range of up to 10 cm for EM cards (CR20-E) and up to 5 cm for Mifare cards (CR20-M), the CR20 Series ensures quick authentication, completing reads in ≤200ms. Its rapid response time enhances user experience in environments with high throughput, such as office buildings, industrial facilities, educational institutions, and more.The device supports RS485 output for seamless communication with ZKTeco’s InBio series control panels, including InBio160, InBio260, and InBio460, allowing full integration into comprehensive security and access systems. It also includes external buzzer and LED control ports, giving administrators more control over feedback signals.Durability and reliability are at the forefront of the CR20 Series design. The unit operates in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +65°C, withstanding humidity levels of 10% to 90% (non-condensing). This makes it ideal for a wide range of operating environments, including semi-outdoor installations.Constructed from ABS+PC material with a textured finish, the CR20 is built for daily wear and tear while maintaining a sleek, professional appearance.
